Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady to firm on moderate to fairly good demand and 
moderate to heavy offerings. Select and Choice rib and loin cuts steady to firm 
while chuck and round cuts steady to weak. Beef trimmings sharply higher on
good demand and light offerings.
